We are the company Taktik a.s., ID No. 285 22 869, with its registered office at Eberlova 1472/9, 155 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic.

We operate an e-shop on the website https://eshop.taktik.cz.

To provide our services, sell goods, and operate our websites, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is primarily governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

Processing of Personal Data Processing of Personal Data in Case of Using the Contact Form If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: First and last name, email address, and phone number.

For what reason? We contact you through them for further arrangements regarding goods and services.

On what legal basis? This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or taking steps prior to concluding a contract at your request.

How long will we process the personal data? If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 365 days from our last communication.

Processing of Personal Data in Case of Purchase If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing details: first name, last name, address, email, and phone number.

For what reason? We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via contact details regarding the status of your order, possibly regarding complaints or your questions.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others). For SW licenses, we process data for activation and functionality (e.g., IP address for verification); if it involves AI, compliance with the AI Act. If the SW uses AI (e.g., authentication), we ensure transparency and the right to intervention (AI Act, risk classification). Currently, no high-risk AI; no automated decision-making. In case of changes, we will update.

On what legal basis do we process personal data? This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.

How long will we process the personal data? For the duration of providing our service and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods. For accounting/tax purposes, 10 years (Act No. 563/1991 Coll.); for SW licenses, until the end of validity + 3 years. For data sharing under the Data Act, at least until the end of the request (from 11.9.2025).

Newsletters (Commercial Communications) If you are a purchasing customer and have not prohibited us from doing so during the purchase, we will use your email address to send our news.

On what legal basis? This is enabled by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you prohibited it during the purchase.

How long will we process the personal data? One year from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via email or contact us at: eshop@taktik.cz We will process a request for erasure within 30 days (Article 17 GDPR), exceptions: legal obligations. For AI systems (if used in SW), the right to explanation of decisions. For sharing data from SW licenses (e.g., with third parties), at least until the end of the request.

Who will have access to the data? Your data will stay with us. However, some companies or other persons work for us who will have access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:

  • Operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (company Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00 Prague 6, ID No. 289 35 675, the company is registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, insert 25 395)
  • Companies involved in shipping goods (Zásilkovna, Balíkovna, PPL, DPD)
  • Companies involved in payment processing (Shoptet Pay payment gateway (PCI DSS for payments))
  • Provider of emailing services (Google (Workspace, location EU); contracts according to Article 28 GDPR.)
  • No transfer outside the EU without adequate protection.
  • All contracts include SCC (standard contractual clauses) for any transfer.

Regular security audits (once a year). We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union. All processors in the EU; no transfer without adequate protection. List of processors updated upon changes.

What else should you know Our company does not have a designated data protection officer. Our company does not engage in decision-making based on automated processing or profiling.

Your Rights in Connection with the Processing of Personal Data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process about you, request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the processed personal data, request erasure of personal data from us in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to their portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not handling data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or turn to the court with your claims.
