AirID2 is a modern wireless smart card reader designed for professional use in the field of secure authentication, digital signatures, email and data encryption and other security applications, where it is necessary to keep the smart card in your possession at all times. The reader uses Bluetooth Low Energy (up to version 5) with advanced encryption (AES-256) and USB (CCID), while enabling secure access to key information and certificates anytime and anywhere - even in places without an internet connection.
The device is compatible with the most common operating systems - Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android.

The Bluetooth connection between AirID2 and the device is always strongly encrypted (AES-256), communication is fast and energy-efficient. The reader itself is designed in the format of a credit card and equipped with a clip for easy attachment. It has a display with status indication, a battery with a battery life of weeks and a simple user interface with a control wheel ("jog dial"). It can be recharged and updated via microUSB. The NFC functions of the smart card are retained and the card does not have to be removed during use, which increases security and convenience.
AirID2 is suitable for use in corporate, healthcare, government and mobile environments and, thanks to its open platform, enables integration with corporate and cloud applications or the Citizen Portal. It can also be used in combination with qualified certificates for electronic signatures (e.g. eObčanka) and ensures all operations at a high level of security.
